Navigate to Import: Go to Genius Studio > My Buyers and click the Import Buyers button.
Upload Your List: Drag and drop your CSV file into the upload window and click Continue.
Sample CSV: Do review the sample CSV file and upload data according to the format
AI Analysis: The system will automatically analyze your file and map the data to Genius Profiles. You can close this window; the process will run in the background.
Review & Finalize:
Once finished, click the "Import Completed" notification to view the results.
Review the data to ensure accuracy.
Crucial Step: You must select the buyers (using the checkboxes) and click Approve & Create Profiles to officially add them to your active buyers list.
The "Vetted" Requirement: To approve a profile as a "Vetted Buyer," the system typically requires a Strategy Type (e.g., Fix & Flip), Desired Property Type and Location Preference. If any of the three fields are missing, system wont let approve buyers.
If Your CSV is Missing This Data: The import will still make Contacts visible as draft, but you cannot "Approve" them as Vetted Buyers yet.
